Mrs. Jayashree L. V.

A pioneer in the field of Special Needs Education and Rehabilitation in India, Jayashree Madam is a familiar face in India and internationally. She is currently the Executive Director of Spastic Society of Tamil Nadu.

Prof. Dr. Christopher Thomas

An internationally reputed management expert with a Doctorate in Human Rights, and author of 15 books; Christopher Sir is a social activist with great words of wisdom. Being a senior citizen himself, and the grand parent of a child with special needs, he brings a unique combination of expertise to the team.

Mrs. Radha Ramesh

An expert in the field of programs for the differently abled, Radha Madam brings to the team the perspective of a mother of two differently abled young men, an entrepreneur, and a passionate champion for the disabled. She is the former Director of Vidyasagar (formerly Spastic Society of India).

Mr. Ramji Srinivasan

India's leading Strength and Conditioning Coach having worked with top organizations including BCCI (Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings), Indian National Cricket Team, and Tamil Nadu Cricket Academy. Ramji Sir is currently Founder Director of Sports Dynamix HPC, and has so many 1st to his credit.

Dr. Shanthi Krishnamoorthy

A PhD holder from IIT Madras, Shanthi Madam brings with her intense passion for making a change in the lives of the differently abled. Apart from her full-time role as Chief Development Officer at TNQ Technologies, and her role as President of AuthorCafe, she is also directly involved in promoting education and rehabilitation of individuals with special needs.

Ms. Shweta Sharma

A sports and wellness enthusiast and expert, Shweta Madam brings on board experience in wellness industry especially in areas of Strength Training, Aerobics, Aqua Aerobics, Flexibility and Yoga for all age groups from children to senior citizens. She has overseen wellness programs bringing out the best in differently abled individuals. She is currently the Head of Recreation and Wellness at Symbiosis International University Pune.

A veteran in the field of Marketing Communications, Public Relations and Strategic communications, Rajeev Balakrishnan Sir has worked on the image and reputation management of various corporates and brands for over twenty five years.

Dr. Rajeev Thomas

As a Passionpreneur, Rajeev Sir initiates entrepreneurial programs that align with his passion for making a change in the lives of individuals. With a PhD in Strategic Management, he is a life and business coach and a Record Winning Author who consults and advises international clients for organizational and personal growth. He is parent of a differently abled youth, Managing Trustee of the Village of HOPE Foundation for the differently abled, and Managing Director of HOPE Qatar Centre for Special Needs. AccessAbility is his dream project.
